Silhouette, NT

In late 2008 I headed off to Australia's red centre for a quick shoot in between schedules. I find when ever I go to a new location I do research on what is around and what kind of shots I want to get. There is nothing worse than wandering around like a nomad looking for a shot to take when the light is perfect.

So I had a Silhouette in mind for this amazing landmark in Australia and around the world. "Ayres Rock" or the traditional name "Uluru". Very easy shot to take. No ND grads just an exposure for the light in the sky.
